Not at the moment. We ship within Australia only.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Some items are sent separately, so an order with several products may arrive in more than one parcel. We email you when each part is on its way.

How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure card checkout, or Afterpay, Klarna or PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been sent yet, we’ll change or cancel it.
My payment didn't go through. What should I do?
Your card hasn’t been charged for a failed or cancelled order. Try again, or choose a different payment method. If it keeps failing, email us and we’ll help you complete the order.

Where are your products made?
Most of our skincare and makeup is made in South Korea or Japan. Each product page shows where it’s made.
Are the ingredients listed?
Every product page lists its key ingredients. The full ingredient list is printed on each pack. If you need it before buying, email us and we’ll send you a photo.
How often should I use a sheet mask?
Most people use one 2–3 times a week, and some daily. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then pat the leftover essence into your skin. Check the instructions on each pack.
I have sensitive skin. What should I choose?
Try a patch test first: apply a little to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours. Stop using any product that irritates your skin.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days. Faulty or damaged items are always replaced or refunded. See Returns & Refunds.
